top4d Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following words and phrases carry the meanings assigned to them below unless context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Account" — the personal registered account created by a Player on the top4d platform, through which all transactions, bets, and platform interactions are conducted.
• "Balance" — the total amount of funds held in a Player's top4d Account at any given time, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded by top4d that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash.
• "Deposit" — a transfer of real funds from a Player's verified Indonesian bank account or e-wallet to their top4d Account Balance.
• "Platform" — the top4d website, mobile-optimized interface, and all associated services accessible at top4d.pro and its subdomains.
• "Real Money Funds" — funds deposited by a Player that are not subject to bonus wagering requirements and are freely withdrawable subject to identity verification.
• "Services" — all betting, casino gaming, tournament, and related services offered by top4d on the Platform.
• "Wager" — any bet placed by a Player using their Account Balance on any game, sporting event, or other outcome offered on the top4d Platform.
• "Withdrawal" — the transfer of Real Money Funds from a Player's top4d Account Balance to their verified Indonesian bank account or e-wallet.
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the reference time zone used by top4d for all operational and processing windows.

2 Eligibility

To register and use a top4d Account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. top4d enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all of Indonesia and will not permit minors to access the Platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and accessing the Platform from within Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion arrangement with top4d or any other gambling operator.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee or director of top4d or any of its affiliated companies or software providers.
• You must not previously have had a top4d Account closed due to a breach of these Terms.

top4d reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including government-issued identity documents, proof of residential address, and proof of date of birth — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe specified by top4d support will result in account suspension.

3 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register one Account only on the top4d Platform. The following rules govern the registration and maintenance of your Account:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address or mobile number.
• You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. If any of your details change — particularly your bank account details or contact information — you must update your Account profile promptly or notify top4d support at [email protected].
• Your top4d login credentials (username and password) are personal to you. You must not share them with any third party. top4d will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or telephone.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, including any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• top4d reserves the right to refuse Account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

top4d is committed to operating a secure and compliant platform. As part of that commitment, top4d may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation from Players at any point — including but not limited to prior to the first Withdrawal, following a significant increase in betting volume, or where internal risk systems flag activity for review.

Acceptable KYC documentation includes:

• Proof of Identity: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license — must be valid, government-issued, and clearly legible.
• Proof of Age: The same documents as above, confirming that you are 21 years of age or older.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months showing your name and Indonesian residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or scan of the bank account or e-wallet (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, or ShopeePay) used to make Deposits, confirming the account holder name matches the registered top4d Account name.

KYC documents must be submitted within 72 hours of a request being made by top4d. Withdrawal processing will be paused until KYC review is complete. top4d handles all KYC data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

5 Deposits

All Deposits to top4d Accounts are made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following conditions apply to all Deposit transactions:

• The minimum Deposit amount is Rp 25.000. There is no maximum single Deposit limit, though top4d may impose individual limits based on account review.
• Accepted Deposit methods include transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata, as well as e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own legal name. top4d does not accept third-party Deposits. If a Deposit is received from a payment method that does not match your verified Account name, top4d reserves the right to reverse the transaction and suspend your Account pending investigation.
• Deposits processed via BI-FAST are typically credited to your Account Balance within seconds. In rare cases of banking system delays, crediting may take up to two hours. If your Deposit has not been credited within that window, contact top4d support with your transaction reference number.
• top4d does not charge fees on incoming Deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transfer fees. These are entirely your responsibility.
• Depositing funds onto the top4d Platform for any purpose other than genuine personal recreational gambling — including money laundering, structuring, or facilitation of payments for third parties — is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.

6 Withdrawals

Players may request a Withdrawal of Real Money Funds from their top4d Account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum Withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum single Withdrawal amount may be subject to limits depending on your account verification tier.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet that is registered in your legal name and has been verified by top4d as part of the KYC process. No third-party Withdrawals will be permitted under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests submitted between 08:00 and 22:00 WIB on banking days are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Requests submitted outside of these hours may experience processing times of up to four hours due to banking system availability.
• top4d does not charge Withdrawal processing fees. Any fees levied by your receiving bank or e-wallet provider are your sole responsibility.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or suspended if your Account is under KYC review, if the requested amount includes Bonus Funds that have not yet met their associated wagering requirement, or if top4d's risk systems have flagged your Account for review.
• In the event that a Withdrawal is returned by the receiving bank (e.g., due to a closed account or incorrect account details), top4d will return the funds to your Account Balance. You will be required to provide corrected payment details before a further Withdrawal can be processed.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

top4d offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players. All bonuses are governed by the general terms in this clause and any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of conflict, the specific promotional terms take precedence.

• Wagering Requirement: Unless stated otherwise in the promotional terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the top4d Platform contribute equally (or at all) to bonus wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms. Generally, live casino table games contribute at a lower rate than slots.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements expire within the time period stated in the relevant promotion. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from your Account Balance.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus concurrently unless explicitly permitted by a specific promotion's terms.
• Bonus Abuse: top4d actively monitors for abuse of its promotional offers, including but not limited to: use of multiple Accounts, placing opposing bets to guarantee bonus conversion, and coordinated betting with other Players. Evidence of bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and may lead to permanent Account closure.
• Real Money Funds First: When a Player holds both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, Wagers will first be drawn from Real Money Funds unless the applicable promotion specifies otherwise.

8 Betting Rules & Game Fairness

The following general rules apply to all Wagers placed on the top4d Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. top4d does not accept requests to cancel or amend a Wager after it has been placed, except in cases where a material technical error on top4d's part has demonstrably affected the bet.
• In the case of obvious pricing errors on the sportsbook — including but not limited to odds that deviate materially from the true market price — top4d reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Players' Account Balances without prior notice.
• All casino games on the top4d Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Live casino tables are supplied by regulated game providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live, whose games are subject to independent fairness audits.
• Slot games display RTP (Return to Player) percentages in their respective game information panels. RTP figures represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual session.
• top4d reserves the right to limit the maximum stake, maximum payout, or maximum number of bets per event or game for any Player account at any time, without obligation to provide a reason.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the top4d Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial intelligence to place bets, circumvent security measures, or interact with the Platform in an automated manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting designed to generate a guaranteed profit irrespective of outcome, including but not limited to matched betting using top4d promotional funds.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or using the Platform to process payments on behalf of third parties.
• Colluding with other Players or with any top4d employee to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Impersonating another person, providing false identity information, or registering a second Account.
• Attempting to access the top4d Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited, using VPN software or other tools to mask your true location.

10 Suspension & Termination

top4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct as set out in Clause 9.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or unauthorized use of payment methods.
• Reasonable suspicion of underage gambling or use of a deceased or third party's identity.
• A request by the Account holder to self-exclude via the top4d Responsible Gaming tools.
• A direction from a relevant regulatory, law enforcement, or financial institution authority.

Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, top4d reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending an investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or criminal conduct is established, top4d may retain the entire Balance and report the matter to relevant Indonesian authorities.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting top4d support. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding Withdrawal requests or pending wagers at the time of the request.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the top4d Platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software code, and promotional materials — is the proprietary property of top4d or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any top4d intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any top4d Platform content without the prior written consent of top4d. Unauthorized use of top4d's intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, top4d's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

top4d shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise:

• Loss of winnings, profits, business, or revenue arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service outages (including BI-FAST banking networks, CDN providers, or game suppliers), or events beyond top4d's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Inaccuracies in odds, game results, or payout calculations caused by data feed errors from third-party sports data providers, where top4d corrects the error within a reasonable time.
• Indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

Nothing in this clause shall limit top4d's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indonesian law.

13 Data & Privacy

top4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering a top4d Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

top4d will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data sharing with payment processors, KYC verification services, and game suppliers is limited to the minimum necessary for the operation of your Account and the provision of the Services.

14 Responsible Gaming

top4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all of its Services. The following tools are available to all registered Players free of charge, accessible directly from the logged-in Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when reducing, and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increasing.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been actively logged in for a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from gambling by suspending your Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom duration).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the top4d Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

15 Amendments to These Terms

top4d reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause) may be made without advance notice.

Your continued use of the top4d Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and request voluntary Account closure before the amendment's effective date.

16 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which top4d is licensed to operate. top4d operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through top4d's internal complaints process shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. Players retain their rights under applicable mandatory consumer protection provisions that cannot be excluded by contract.

top4d acknowledges that Indonesian law currently restricts online gambling. Players accessing the Platform from Indonesia do so on their own initiative and are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Services complies with any and all applicable local laws and regulations. top4d makes no representation that the Services are lawful for use in any particular jurisdiction.
